Initial care-needs assessment, health-insurance guidance, policy servicing, 24/7 access to emergency assistance, hospital admission coordination, family updates during active support, and insurance claim-document assistance.
Visit allowances are annual totals shared by both parents. Checkup entries refer to coordination frequency. Visit duration, locations and the final care schedule are agreed before enrolment.
Charged separately: insurance premiums, continuous physical attendance and bedside-attendant shifts, rehabilitation accommodation and treatment. Medical bills, tests, consultations, medicines and transport are not represented as included; your advisor will clarify the itemised costs before enrolment.
Insurance premiums vary by age, health history, coverage and insurer assessment. Your written quotation will confirm all applicable charges and taxes. 24/7 assistance access does not mean continuous physical attendance or a guaranteed arrival time.

Do the package prices cover two parents?
Yes. The annual membership prices shown cover two parents. Visit allowances are shared annual totals. Single-parent pricing varies by package and needs; speak with a care advisor.
Is health insurance included in the annual fee?
No. Insurance premium is additional and depends on age, health history, coverage and insurer underwriting. Care membership does not itself provide insurance coverage.
What does 24/7 emergency assistance include?
Access to our assistance contact for emergency hospital coordination. In-person support is arranged according to the agreed package and location. Continuous physical attendance is separately chargeable.
Are bedside attendants and rehabilitation included?
Arrangements can be discussed in every package. Bedside-attendant shifts, continuous attendance, rehabilitation accommodation and treatment are charged separately.
Where do you provide care?
We currently serve Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Share your parents’ precise location so our team can confirm local arrangements before enrolment.
Can I arrange care while living abroad?
Yes. Contact us on WhatsApp with your parents’ city and your preferred callback time and time zone. We will explain the care options and family-update arrangements.
